As all of our products are digital downloads and custom-made digital designs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered.

Custom Orders

Custom wallpaper orders are created specifically to your requirements. Because of their personalised nature:

• We do not offer refunds for completed custom orders.
• One round of minor revisions is included free of charge unless otherwise stated.
• Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

Instant Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final.
• Refunds cannot be issued once files have been downloaded.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If you receive:

• the wrong design,
• a corrupted file,
• the incorrect device size,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.
